Cancellation Policy

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd only believes and that is to help and support the customers/clients. Our team members at Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd cooperate with the customers/clients in the most professional way and efficient manner. The cancellation policy that we follow are clearly mentioned below The customers/clients has to agree to follow all the points that is given below to place their cancellation request. In case if they fail to do so then neither we nor anyone of our team member at Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd are to be blamed afterwards.

  • The cancellations request from the customers end will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of/after placing the order. However, the request for cancellation will not be entitled/entertained if the orders have been discussed and communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have started/ initiated the process of shipping the products and services which has been ordered.
  • We also inform you that the order for the products and services cannot be cancelled on the day/date of delivery.
  • We also don’t entertain cancellation of the products and services for which we have received the order on special days/occasions such as Christmas, New Year, Easters, etc. Since these are limited offers which we only give on some special occasion therefore under no circumstances the can cancellation will be done.
  • Replacement/refund can only be done in some special cases such as if the delivered products and service is not good. But for that explanation and proof is needed from the customers end too. The matter in such situation needs to be reported within 3 days after the delivery of the products and service.
  • In case if there is any kind of confusion regarding the products/services that you received and is shown on the site, we request you to inform the team of Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd within 24 hours after the delivery. The Customer Service Team of Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd will look into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision. In case if you fail to do so then we are not responsible for anything. Neither we will entertain you after the time period (24 hours) is over.
  • There will be no refunds of money for any cancellation requests made after 5 days from the date of order.
  • The amount which we at Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd will be getting from the clients end should be paid in full. We don’t take payment in instalments. Due to account safety and security and privacy concerns, all the questions related with the billing and cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
  • The request for cancellation will only be processed if it is made by the initial authorizing party and if it is received in writing.
  • For security and training purposes, all inbound and outbound calls through Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd corporate offices are digitally recorded. All the recordings form a part of the verbal contract between Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd and the customer/client.
