Terms:

The Terms of the Agreement will commence on the date the Client/Customer enrolled or registered for our services and will only end when terminated by either party in accordance with the Terms and SLA (Service Level Assurance Agreement).

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd has the full authority to use its identifying mark. The identifying mark can come in many different form that can be Design, URL, Logo or any other types of brand identity to all  services/websites/products which are offered/produced from here. It will come into force without any consent/agreement of its clients/customers or client/customer.

Description of Service:

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd may provide the customer/client with one, two or more of the following services. This will fully depend on the service package which the customer/client will select. The services can be storage space, business website, business-related website pages, website hosting, Domain-based e-mail services, or maintenance.

Unless explicitly/hinted or stated otherwise, any new feature that increases or improves the services shall be considered to be part of the Services. Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd has the authority to reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services at any point of time (or any part thereof), based on any factor such as non-payment, non-cooperation, or unwanted delay from client, without informing or giving any kind of notice (verbally/orally/written). Client/customer expressly agrees that Client/customer, or any related third party, shall not hold Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd or its suppliers/team members/staff liable for any kind of losses or damages or consequences whatsoever from such suspension, modification, or discontinuation of the Services.

Access to Information:

As per the Agreement, all web pages that are hosted by, owned or operated on behalf of, or for Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd, are referred to herein as the Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd Websites.

In order to access Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd Websites or Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd Services the customer or the client may be asked to provide some relevant registration details and required information. It is a condition of clients/customers use of the services or access to the Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd websites that all the information which are given or provided by the client/customer will be correct and complete. In case if the team of Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd believes or got to know that whatever the information that the client or customer has provided is not correct or is wrong or misleading, current, or incomplete, it has the right to refuse or deny the client/customer access to any Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd Websites or Services or any of its resources. We also have the authority and the right to terminate or suspend the account of the clients/customers at any point of time of the day without any notice.
